Are your Ugg Boots Genuine?
YES. There is a common misconception being circulated (by one large ugg company... ) that if it doesn't say 'Ugg' on the label then it isn't a genuine ugg boot. This is ENTIRELY FALSE. The ONLY difference between 'real' and 'fake' ugg boots is that real ones are made of 100% sheepskin (Blue Sheep only use 100% sheepskin). Fake ugg boots are more commonly made of acrylic and are generally manufactured in CHINA. Ugg boots are a STYLE of boot, they are NOT A BRAND. Do you sell the 'UGG Australia ®' branded ugg boots?
NO. Their boots are made in China. Again, read the comment above or the full story here. Our Blue Sheep ugg boots are made right here in Australia from 100% Australian sheepskin, are of a superior quality and are lovingly hand-made right here on our premises in Adelaide. Ugg Boots are a STYLE of boot, they are NOT A BRAND (as some companies would falsely have you believe). Our brand is 'Blue Sheep' and our ugg boots are definitely the genuine article (made in Australia from 100% sheepskin).
Are ugg boot shoe sizes the same as standard shoe sizes?
The ugg boot sizing in our store is based on straight Australian Men's sizing. For Australian Ladies sizes, you would generally go down one size from your natural shoe size though, to be absolutely sure, we advise you refer to our ugg boot sizing chart (click on any ugg boot in our range to download the sizing guide located underneath the photo).
Our ugg boot sizing chart is available in all the popular shoe sizing systems.
For UK size conversion, you would generally go up one size from your natural shoe size (for both men and women).
We do not have half-sizes available.
How do I clean my Ugg Boots?
Ugg boots can last a long time if you look after them however, being a suede product, they cannot be washed in the washing machine. To keep them at their best, you should water-proof them immediately upon receiving them (using standard water-proofing sprays).
Sadly however, constantly wearing your ugg boots can lead to a build up of dirt and odors. Visit the eHow website for more information about cleaning your ugg boots.
Are ugg boots water-proof?
No. Our Ugg boots are not water-proofed when they are made, however they can be water-proofed using standard water-proofing sprays. Spray the boot from 30cm away and leave for 24 hours before wearing. You'll need to re-apply the water-proofing spray, depending on how often you wear them.
We also have a range of waterproof ugg boots that are available for a limited time only
Are your Ugg Boots available from anywhere else, other than your Seaton store?
No. Our Blue Sheep brand of ugg boots is only available from our shop here in Seaton, Adelaide or via our online store. They are also not available at the airport or markets. Unfortunately, if you have purchased your ugg boots from anywhere else we cannot guarantee their quality!
Our ugg boots are all lovingly hand-made from 100% Australian sheepskin right here at our shop in Adelaide, South Australia.
How long will it take to receive my ugg boots once I order from you?
Once we have arranged for delivery of your ugg boots you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number attached.
For Australian Customers: FREE Australia-wide postage is available via Express Post and generally takes 1 - 3 Business Days for delivery. If there is a delay in receiving your boots, please contact Australia Post directly with the tracking number we provided you with.
For International Customers: After choosing your Ugg Boots and proceeding to the check-out, postage is automatically calculated using Best Way Table Rates, based on your country of destination. Delivery is via Toll Global Express and generally takes between 10 - 13 Business Days. A current street address and phone number MUST be provided, as the parcel must be signed for. Any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country are separate to the postage charge and must be paid for directly by the customer. You can track your parcel online at: www.toll.com.au using the tracking number we provided you with. Please contact Toll directly with any queries.
What if my country is not showing in the list of countries available for delivery?
Please contact us via email or phone so we can arrange for delivery to your specific country.
Are all styles and colours in your store, also available on your website?
Generally yes, unless we have a particularly new style or colour that has just come out! We endeavour to put all new styles on the website as soon as possible :)

What other products are available at your store?
We have an assortment of rugs, woollen footwarmers, popular souvenirs, steering wheel and seat belt covers, innersoles (for all shoes) and baby products available in store that we do not ship currently.
Baby rugs (containing no toxins or dyes) are available in-store for $95 (86cm x 58cm).
Unfortunately we do not have any clothing available.
I don't see the Ugg Boot colour/style I want. Can I custom order a pair?
Yes! Because we hand-make our ugg boots here on the premises, we can make them to order! Fancy a pair of pink or purple knee-high boots? We can make them! Please email or phone us directly with any custom-order queries so we can check your sizing and quote you. Generally you would need to allow up to two weeks to custom-make ugg boots during our peak season (March - September).
Are you part of the Australian-Made campaign?
Yes! We are a proud member of the Australian-Made campaign. If you are looking for the highest quailty ugg boots made in Australia from 100% Australian sheepskin, then we are definitely the brand you want!

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange them?
Yes, we can exchange as long as they have not been worn, are not stained, are not sun-damaged or faded and still have all the original tags on them.
If you are able to come into our shop in Adelaide, we will be happy to exchange them directly.
If not, you will need to post them back to us and include a pre-paid return post pack, plus a note requesting the correct size, in order for us to exchange them and send them back to you. Unfortunately we cannot pay the postage on exchanges due to having choosen the incorrect size. Please refer to our sizing guide underneath your chosen ugg boot before purchase to ensure you get the correct size.
Also, we do not refund simply because you have change your mind, so please choose carefully.
