Shipping

Australian customers receive FREE postage via Express Post.  For all international customers, please use our shipping calculator at checkout for a shipping quote.

Australian Customers: Once payment has been received by us, you should receive an email within 5 working days notifying you that your purchase has been shipped via Express Post.  This email will include a tracking number for you to be able to track your parcel via Australia Post.  Your item(s) should arrive within 1 - 3 working days after you receive our email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received it within this time, please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number.

International Customers: All International items are shipped by Toll Global Express and must be signed for. We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Europe only.

Toll Global Express DO NOT deliver to Post Box addresses or US Military bases. Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address and telephone number.

Once payment has been received by us, you should receive an email within 5 working days notifying you that your purchase has been shipped via Toll Global Express.  This email will include a tracking number for you to be able to track your parcel online via: www.toll.com.  Your item(s) should arrive within 10 - 13 working days after you receive our email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received it within this time, please contact Toll Global Express directly and quote your tracking number.

Returns & Warranty

Blue Sheep Sheepskin Products provide a warranty for 3 months against defective materials and workmanship that may occur outside of normal wear and tear. Under this warranty agreement Blue sheep Sheepskin Products agrees to pay the shipping on any warranty related returns one way, and on receiving the goods we will determine whether they will be repaired or replaced.

Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear.

Please note Ugg Boots and slippers are designed primarily for indoor use.

Product Exchange

Products purchased from Blue Sheep Sheepskin Products may be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been worn, used, stained or altered in any way and still has all the original tags on the product.

Shipping both ways on all returns for exchange must be paid by the customer. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return or exchange. We recommend using UPS or FedEx to ship the products rather than postal services.  Please include a paid return post pack for us to send your new boots back to you.
